Nathan Mamere, owner of Korina Jewelry Studio, is a visual artist and jewelry designer based in Chicago, IL. With over a decade of experience in metalsmithing, his work ranges from creating jewelry for commercial retailers to handcrafting bespoke, one-of-a-kind engagement rings for private clients.

Nature has always been central to Nathan’s artistic style, shaped by a childhood spent exploring the wild landscapes of Northern California. His work is deeply personal—rooted in the moments of wonder he’s experienced outdoors—and he hopes his work encourages others to feel a similar spark of connection with nature. When he’s not at his workbench, Nathan can often be found tending to his unique houseplant collection, or wandering outdoors with his beloved Siberian Huskies.
